- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product seal remains intact.
- If a customer experiences an allergic reaction or intolerance to any listed ingredient, a partial refund may be considered after review.
- Partial refunds may also be extended to returning or loyal customers with valid concerns.

- To initiate a return, send the sealed product to the official Antique Herbs Return Address
- Once the item is received and verified at our facility, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
- Refunds are subject to a deduction of Rs. 250 to cover handling charges.
- Exchanges are processed without any additional fees.
